Divinity Students Retreat: Lent, Easter, Pentecost: Our common life in Christ

Thursday 10 March to Saturday 12 March 2016

Registration for the "Lent, Easter, Pentecost: Our common life in Christ" retreat for students of divinity at Trinity College is now open.

The retreat will be held from Thursday 10 March to Saturday 12 March at Crieff Hills Community in Puslinch, ON (just outside Cambridge). Most of the body of the retreat will occur on Friday 11 March enabling  people to attend either overnight or as day participants.

Retreat Leader

The retreat will be led by Fr Geoffrey Ready, co-director of the Orthodox School of Theology at Trinity College.


This retreat is paid for out of Divinity Class Retreat funds which are paid into by all students of the Faculty of Divinity. There is no additional cost to attend this retreat.


Round-trip transportation from Trinity College via highway coach is provided departing at 2:15pm on 10 March and returning by 4pm on 12 March.


Accommodation is in comfortable, shared, dormitory-style rooms. Linens are provided but please bring your own towel.


Meals are covered by retreat fees and will be prepared by members of the retreat group.


There will be time for student-led workshops and activities during the retreat. Crieff has many outdoor trails and activity spaces, as well as a large outdoor labyrinth. Please indicate on the registration form if you're interested in leading a workshop or retreat.


Morning Prayer and Compline will be prayer ecumenically using liturgies from Anglican and Orthodox traditions.
